The safety of our team and our clients is our priority so RAMSS safety culture is led by the managing director who holds the PgCert in occupational health and safety management and he is supported by our general manager who holds post graduate qualifications in safety as well as being CMIOSH. The senior mangers are supported by a team of experienced sector leaders who have over 10 years’ experience in their field and all continue to be operational, leading the teams from the front.
Our skilled specialist are recruited based on their experience and customer service skills. All our teams maintain their skills by being operational and completing regular exercises and update training. We have close links with a training organization and have access to over 130 training courses, as well as using other providers for specialist training we provide such as 4x4 off road driving and rope access.
We understand our clients are unique, so pride ourselves on being flexible in our approach and work with our clients to build bespoke solutions to meet their individual needs. Our teams are also flexible and will often assist organisers in other duties to ensure the smooth and safe running of the event - one event, one team.
